Which iPhone do I need to scan a home?

An iPhone Pro or Pro Max, iPhone 12 Pro or newer. The capture app uses the depth sensor that only the Pro models have, so regular iPhone models won’t work. Guests can view tours on any device with a modern browser.

How long does it take to make a 3D tour?

About 15 minutes of scanning for a typical home. The app guides you room by room as you go. We then build the tour in the cloud and send you the link when it’s ready.

Do guests need an app to view the tour?

No. Guests open the tour link in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to download and no account to create.

How much does a 3D tour cost?

$50 per tour, plus $5 a month per tour to keep it online, if you join before December 31, 2026. That’s half the regular price of $100 and $10 a month, locked in for as long as you stay a customer. The first hosting month is included, and requesting early access is free.

What does it cost to rescan a home?

The same as a new tour: $50 on the launch offer. A rescan makes sense after a renovation or new furniture, so the tour matches what guests will find.

Can I add the tour to my Airbnb or Vrbo listing?

Usually not as a link or embed, because listing platforms limit outside links in listings. Innblikk works best on the channels you control, like your own booking site, inquiry replies and guest messages.

We process the capture in the cloud and turn it into a photorealistic 3D tour, with a floor plan and minimap.
